RunSignUp pace calculators can help runners and crew prepare before the race and track runners on race day.

The pace calculators are based on data from past races. This is a new tool and we will continue to updated it over time. We hope it can help runner and crew prepare and track runner on the course.

• Prior to the race, you can enter a projected finish time and get average pace and time information between aid stations.

• On race day, crew and family can enter runner bib numbers and track runners progress. The runners projected pace and time information will be updated in real time as it is updated from aid station to aid station.
